As of today, we will complete the repairs and improvements that the realtors recommended in order to prepare our house for sale. There are a few other little things that we plan to do, but the repairs will be finished.
Also, our realtor informed us that there is a family that may be interested in our house. They have a large number of grandchildren, and they want a place with a living room that would accommodate everyone. They have made an offer on another house, but they could also be interested in ours. Basically, our house could sell before it goes on the market.
This is exciting, but also a little agonizing. After all, we are so, so close to having everything ready. We need to clean (ugh) and organize (double ugh), but it would be so worth it. There are three houses that interest us, and we can't wait to get to the point of looking for our new home. Arrrgh, the suspense!
