Temperatures have enthusiastically breached 100 degrees, and I am hunkered down in my house, waiting for the outdoors to become bearable again. We are having an open house in a valiant, somewhat exasperated attempt to sell the house. Two houses in a very attractive price range are on the market, taunting and teasing us because we can't make offers on them.
Thus, I am working in short bursts, then cooling off, rinse, repeat. Here's hoping we get an offer soon.
